6 boneless chicken breasts
1 envelope hot and spicy coating mix for chicken | any dipping sauce or sauces |
Cut chicken breasts into strips about 1/2 inch x3 inches long. Moisten chicken pieces in water. Shake off excess.
Shake several pieces of chicken pieces at a time in coating. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400ž for 10 minutes. Serve with assorted raw veggies and your favorite dip.
If you prefer you can use chicken wings instead of boneless white meat. Coat wings, bake at 350žF for 30-35 minutes.
