Chicken Fingers,Hot & Spicy Appetizers

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 envelope hot and spicy coating mix for chicken
any dipping sauce or sauces

Cut chicken breasts into strips about 1/2 inch x3 inches long. Moisten chicken pieces in water. Shake off excess.

Shake several pieces of chicken pieces at a time in coating. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400¼ for 10 minutes. Serve with assorted raw veggies and your favorite dip.

If you prefer you can use chicken wings instead of boneless white meat. Coat wings, bake at 350¼F for 30-35 minutes.
