3 eggs
3 Tbsp. sugar 3 Tbsp. vinegar 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. ) 1 Tbsp. butter 1/2 finely chopped green pepper |
1/2 onion,grated finely
1/2 small bottle pimiento, drained and finely chopped a dash of Tabasco onion salt to taste paprika |
Beat the eggs slightly. Put the eggs, sugar and vinegar inthe top of a bouble boiler. Place over hot water and beat until thickened. Set aside and cool.
Soften the cheese. Blend the cheese and the rest of the ingredients into the first mixture.
Put in a serving bowl, sprinkle with paprika and serve with raw vegetables.
