Shrimp Cocktail Appetizers

shredded lettuce
40 large cleaned shrimp, chilled
cocktail sauce
parsley sprigs
lemon wedges
COCKTAIL SAUCE
1/2 cup commercial chilli sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp. horseradish
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of tabasco
salt & pepper

Put a little shredded lettuce in each glass and top with 5 shrimp. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. of sauce on each. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Use Cross and Blackwell or make your own sauce as described.

Serves 8.
