Smoked Salmon Pinwheels | Appetizers |
1/2 cup cream cheese(125 mls)
1 tbsp.(15mls) sour cream 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill salt &fresh ground pepper to taste |
1 tsp. (5ml)lemon juice
8 slices smoked salmon 1 small seedless cucumber Dill for garnish |
1. Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, dill, seasonings and lemon juice.
2. Spread a thin layer on each slice of salmon. Roll up like a jelly roll and refrigerate until needed.
3. Slice cucumber in thin slices. Cut smoked salmon rolls in half. Place one half on each cucumber slice. Garnish with dill and a few capers.
Serves 6.
