Marinate the individual portions for 3+ hours in your favorite marinade. (I like Kraft's Miracle French Dressing) Barbecue over hot charcoal for 40 to 60 minutes,depending on thickness, 8" to 10" above charcoal, basting often. Keep warm in oven until serving time----as soon as possible.
