12 eggs
1 cup sugar 1 qt. milk |
2 cups whisky
1 cup rum 1 qt. heavy cream, beaten |
Beat egg yolks with sugar until very light. Add milk, whisky and rum. Fold in cream and stiffly beaten egg whites. Add more sugar to taste. Serve very cold with grated nutmeg on each cup. Makes 5 quarts.
