Bring water to a boil, pour coffee in, add sugar. Simmer for a few minutes.(Sir while simmering). Remove from heat and , when cool, add vodka.

Pour into a 1/2 gallon bottle. Slice the vanilla bean and drop in.

Age for 45 days.
