Wandlyn Spanish Coffee Beverages

For one serving
6 oz. or 8 oz. goblet
1/2 lemon granulated sugar
1 oz. Tia Maria
2 oz. Remy Martin
freshly made coffee
whipped cream, flavored with sugar
1 Tbsp. Cointreau

Rub inside of glass with 1/2 lemon and dip in sugar. Pour in the Tia Maria and Remy Martin. Set aflame and carmelize the sugar. Add the coffee to 1 1/2 inches from the top. Add the whipped cream.Flame the Cointreau and pour over the top at time of preaentation.
