1/2 cup butter

In the food processor, cream butter, sugar and eggs .Add the cut up bananas and mix until smooth. Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the food processor in thirds , pulsing the processor each time until just moistened. DO NOT OVERMIX.
Bake in two well greased 8"x4"x2 1/2" loaf pans in a preheated oven 350 F for about 50 minutes.
Remove breads from pans and cool on a wire rack. When completely cooled, wrap in saran wrap and store in a cool place. The bread may be frozen for later use.
* To sour milk, pour 1 tsp. vinegar into measuring cup; add milk to make 1/3 cup; let stand 5 minutes.
