Fruit and Fibre Muffins Breads

1 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1 egg,slightly beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups Post Fruit and Fibre cereal

Mix flour, sugar and baking powder. Combine milk, egg and oil and blend well.Add to dry ingredients, stirring only enough to dampen flour. Stir in cereal. Spoon into small greased muffin tins. Makes 12 muffins.

Bake at 400 F for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
