Blueberry Cupcakes Cakes & Cookies

1 cup cleaned and dried blueberries
1/3 cup butter or margerine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 3/8 cups cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
juice of 1 lemon +enough milk to equal 1/2 cup of liquid

Butter 12 muffin pan or put cupcake papers in the muffin pan. Set oven at 350F.

Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the well beaten eggs.

Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add alternately to the egg,butter, sugar mixture with the milk,lemon mixture. Add the blueberries and fold in. Spoon into cupcake holders.

Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or at 375F for 20 minutes. Makes 12 to 14 cupcakes. Cool.
