19 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup Crisco oil
1 cup hot water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

CAKE MIX COFFEE CAKE
1 recipe home-made cake mix
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. brown sugar,packed
1/4 cup ground nuts
1 tbsp. cocoa

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed on electric mixer for 4 minutes. Bake in greased 10" tube pan at 325厲 for 1 hour.

For the following variations of this recipe substitute as directed for the yellow cake mix and vanilla pudding. All other ingredients remain unchanged.

MOCHO CAKE: White cake mix;Inst. Choc. pudding,1 tsp. instant

CHERRY CAKE: Cherry cake mix;instant vanilla pudding

CHOCOLATE CAKE: Choc. cake mix;instant choc pudding

LEMON CAKE: White cake mix;lemon pudding;1 tsp. lemon juice.

STRAWBERRY CAKE: White cake mix;Instant strawberry P'ding

BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE: White cake mix, Instant butterscotch

CAKE MIX COFFEE CAKE:Prepare cake mix as above(yellow cake with vanilla pudding). Pour half batter into greased 10"tube pan. Combine other ingredients and sprinkle half over batter. Top with remaining batter, and sprinkle on remaining topping. Bake at
