1 cup soft sweet butter
2 1/2 cups icing sugar 1 egg yolk 4 Tbsp. Cointreau |
1 tsp. orange juice concentrate
COCONUT BUTTERCREAM ICING 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut, toasted |
Cream the butter. Gradually add sugar to butter. Add yolk.
Combine and add to above.
Combine with the above buttercream recipe.
NOTE: To toast coconut, place on cookie sheet and bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
