Icings, Cocoa Cream Frosting Cakes & Cookies
1/2 cup sweet butter, softened
4 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup cocoa 		1/2 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients; mix with electric beater until smooth and fluffy. Frost cool cake layers
