Spinach Cheese Quiche Dairy Foods

1 unbaked wholewheat pastry shell or frozen unbaked shell
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, partialy thawed
200ml. grated brick, swiss, or mild cheddar cheese
125 ml.creamed cottage cheese
50ml. milk(skim)
3 to 4 eggs,slightly beaten
2ml. salt
2ml. dill or basil
5ml. prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 200C (350F). Spread unbaked pie shell with prepared mustard. Sprinkle 50ml. of grated cheese into the bottom of the pie shell. Beat cottage cheese and milk together until creamy. Add slightly beaten eggs and seasonings to the cream mixture, stir to mix ingredients. Blend in chopped spinach until it separates into mixture. Pour into pie shell, sorinkling remaining cheese over top and cook until set and knife comes out clean( 30 to 40) minutes.
