Graham Wafer Crust 1 lb. cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 3 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1 Tbsp. Cointreau |
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup sour cream 3 Tbsp.sugar 1 Tbsp. Cointreau 1 tsp. lemon juice |
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Using electric beaters, combine and whip until smooth and well blended.
Pour over crust and bake for 35 - 40 minutes, until firm to touch. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
Mix and spread evenly over cheesecake.
Return to 350 F oven for 5 minutes. Cool. Chill cake at least three hours before serving. Serve with fresh berries or berry sauce.
Serves 8 - 10.
