Cheesecake Perfection Desserts

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter or margerine
1 tbsp. icing sugar
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 - 8oz. pkg Phil. Cream Cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can Perfection Evap. milk, thoroughly chilled

(1)Combine cracker crumbs, melted butter and icing sugar and mix well. Set 1/4 cup aside. Press rest of mixture on the bottom and sides of a 9"x 13" cake pan. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

(2)Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Cool until as thick as egg white.

(3)Cream Phil. Cream Cheese with the white sugar and vanilla.

(4) Whip chilled Perfection evap. milk. When it stands in peaks add lemon jello. Blend in the cream cheese. Beat well. Pour in wafer crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Keep, covered in the refrigerator at least 2 hours min'm before serving.
