Cherry Cheese Crepes Desserts

Basic crepe recipe for 12 dessert crepes
FILLING:
6 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon rind
TOPPING
1 can cherry pie filling
1 cup sour cream

Mix all filling ingredients together in food processor. Place a large spoonful of filling on each crepe and roll up. Place crepes in a greased baking dish. Brush with melted butter and bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until heated through.

Heat cherry pie filling in a small saucepan. Serve on top of crepes and decorate with a dollop of sour cream.
