24 to 36 lady fingers
1 lb. large marshmallows 2 tbsp. instant coffee |
1 cup boiling water
3 tbsp. Kahlua brandy 2 cups heavy cream |
In top of the double boiler, melt marshmallows with instant coffee that has been dissolvedin the boiling water. Do not stir too much. Let cool in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour-stir occasionaly.Add Kahlua.
Line a 9" diam. spring form,bottom and sides, with lady fingers.
Whip the cream and fold gently into marshmallow mixture. Pour over lady fingers and refrigerate overnight.
GARNISH OPTIONAL
Decorate with whipped cream and shaved chocolate
Serves 8 to 10
