Rhubarb Cobbler Desserts

8" baking dish, round or square
3/4 cup sugar
2Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups chopped rhubarb
1Tbsp. water
2Tbsp. butter
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4tbsp. butter
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup chopped, toasted pecans
1 tsp. orange peel, finely grated

Preheat oven to 400F.

Combine in stainless steel pot

Add and cook, stirring until mixture boils. Lower heat and simmer one minute.

Pour into baking dish and dot with butter.Bake for 12 minutes.

While rhubarb is baking, mix together.

Cut into flour mixture.

Stir in.

METHOD

Remove rhubarb from oven. Put dollops of dough over rhubarb. Return to oven and bake for 25 minutes.Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 6-8.
