one 3 to 5 lb. pork roast
salt carroway seeds |
1/2 large onion
1/2 cup water |
Recipe from Mrs. Valenta
Sprinkle the meat with salt and carroway seeds. Put in a roasting pan. Finely chop the onion and add this plus the water to the pan. Rost slowly until done (Try 45 min. per lb at 325F). In the last half hour raise the heat.
Serve with potato dumplings and red cabbage. (Recipes in pasta section and vegetable section.)
