12 oz. broad noodles
3 well beaten eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup mazola oil |
handful of raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon 1 can drained, crushed pineapple 1 tbsp. jam |
Boil noodles in salted water as directed on the package. Drain.
Mix the eggs,sugar, oil, raisins, cinnamon, pineapple and jam together. Add to the noodles and toss thoroughly. Bake in a square
8" buttered cake pan for 1 hour at 325F.
Toby sprinkles on a little cinnamon before baking.
