Jewish; Noodle Kugel Foreign Cookery

12 oz. broad noodles
3 well beaten eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mazola oil
handful of raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can drained, crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. jam

Boil noodles in salted water as directed on the package. Drain.

Mix the eggs,sugar, oil, raisins, cinnamon, pineapple and jam together. Add to the noodles and toss thoroughly. Bake in a square

8" buttered cake pan for 1 hour at 325F.

Toby sprinkles on a little cinnamon before baking.

Serves 6.
