4 med. tomatoes
2 tbsp. melted unsalted butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper |
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 cup water 1 cup frozen peas |
Slice tops from tomatoes, spoon out centers. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add seasonings. Brush inside of tomatoes. Bake tomatoes in a 400F oven until tender(15 minutes). Fill with hot cooked peas to serve.
