Margy's Cranberry Relish | Freezing & Preserving |
1 cup walnuts
1 large california orange, seeded and diced 1/2 lemon,seeded and diced |
1 apple, cored and diced
1 lb. cranberries 1 1/4 cup sugar |
Put in a blender or food processor and pulse until all fruits are finely chopped but not liquified. Store in sterilized covered bottles in the refrigerator.( two weeks maximum).
