Ground Beef, Cabbage Rolls Meats

MIX:
1 lb. hamburger
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 eggs, beaten
salt, pepper, mixed spices
1 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 medium-sized cabbage
2 - 28oz. cans of tomatoes
or 3 cans tomato soup

Remove the seeds and finely chop green pepper. Chop the onion.Mix the ingredients shown together.

Separate the cabbage leaves - 18 leaves required. Cook leaves in boiling water for 6 minutes.Remove from water and drain.

Put 2 tbsp. of mixture in each leaf and roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Place in a deep, buttered pan. Cover with tomatoes.Place in oven and bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at

350 F.
