Ground Beef, Meat Loaf Noreen's Meats

2 lbs. med. ground beef
2 eggs,slightly beaten
1 pkg. Lipton's Soup Mix
1 tbsp.Dijon mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 to 3/4 cup Marsala wine
1 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

Combine all the ingredients in order(exceptbeef) and blend well. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add ground beef and blend well. Shape into a loaf and put in a loaf pan (not touching sides). Bake in a 350F oven for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
