Ham, Baked Meats

Glaze
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. horseradish(optional)
1/3 cup maple syrup
whole cloves

Set oven to 325F.

Wipe off ham with a damp cloth or paper towel.

For a 6 to 8 lb. ham cook 3 1/4 hours

For a 10 to 12 lb. ham cook3 1/2 to 4 hours

For a 12 to 15 lb. ham cook 4 to 4 1/2 hours

Prepare glaze. Blend first 4 ingredients.

One half hour before ham is done, remove from the oven and take off the rind. Score the fat in triangles and put a whole clove in each triangle. Spread glaze over the ham with a spoon and bake in a 375F oven 15 to 20 minutes or until ham is well glazed.

Remove from oven and let stand 20 minutes before carving.
