Ham Hash Meats

3 cups ham scraps,chopped fine
3 cups cold boiled potatoes,chopped
1 green pepper,seeded and chopped fine
2 cups milk
salt pepper to taste
butter to taste

Combine first 3 ingredients. Place in a skillet and cover with milk. Cook, uncovered, over low heat, stirring occasionaly lest it scorch, until it is thickened. Add salt and pepper and butter. Serve immediately.
