Lamb, Italian Lamb Chops

Meats

4 to 6 little lamb chops
Marinade:
1 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. sage

2 cloves garlic,minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt & pepper

Marinate chops in marinade for 3 or more hours.

Broil 5 minutes on each side.

NOTE: Denny barbecued these for 10 minutes on each side.
