Yorkshire Pudding Pancakes & Dumplings

8" x 8" pyrex cake pan 1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 tsp. salt
1 cup cold milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 lb. margarine
NOTE:For 8"x 12" pyrex dish
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs , slightly beaten
1/4 lb. margerine
serves 8 to 10

Food Processor Method

Put 2 eggs in work bowl and process until slightly beaten.Remove from bowl and set aside.

Put flour, salt in work bowl and mix with a few pulses. Gradually add cold milk through the tube to form a smooth batter with processor operating on medium. Add beaten eggs through the tube to the flour-milk mix and process for 2 minutes on #2 speed.

Put margerine in pyrex dish . Put in 400 F oven and let marg. get bubbly.

Pour in the batter, put in oven at 375 F and bake for 20 - 25 minutes; decrease heat and bake 5 - 8 minutes longer. Use immediately.

Cut into 4 or 6 squares and serve.

NOTE: Muffin tins may be used, baking time reduced.
