Crunchy Grenola Pasta & Grains

8 cups oats
2 cups coconut
2 cups wheat germ
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 to 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
4 oz. coarsely chopped pecans
1 tbsp. sea salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups honey
1 1/2 cups sunflower oil

Mix honey and oil together over low heat on top of stove. When blended, remove from heat and add vanilla. Mixture should be liquid enough to coat dry ingredients.

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add honey-oil mixture. Coat dry ingredients.

Put on 3 or 4 cookie sheets in a 350 F oven and cook for 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool 15 to 20 minutes.

Store in airtight containers.
