3/4 liter milk
200 grams wheat hearts dash of salt |

Babica's Recipe
Bring 4 cups of milk to a boil. Add 2/3 to 1 cup of wheat hearts and salt. Stir until thickened. Put in top of double boiler over water and continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes.
It's nice to add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tbsp. of sugar or more to the cereal. Put each serving on a dinner plate, dribble lots of melted butter over and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
