Chocolate Orange Pastry Pastries & Pies

9" pie plate
1 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 Tbsp. orange peel, finely grated
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice

Preheat oven to 350 F

Mix together or process in a food processor.

Cut into 1" cubes and cut into dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Add and combine until just blended.

Pat into pie plate and crimp edges. Prick bottom with fork. Bake for 20 minutes.
