2 cups flour
1 TBSP sugar 2/3 cup sweet butter |
1 egg yolk
4-5 TBSP ice water |
In food processor with steel blade using on/off position, blend until crumbly.Or use pastry blender to combine into coarse meal.
Add all at once and mix until dough holds its shape Chill 30min. before rolling out.
Bake as in Pate Brise #1.
