9" unbaked pie shell
1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup maple syrup 3 eggs 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 3 Tbsp. flour pinch of salt |
3 Tbsp. melted butter
4 cups peeled, sliced peaches TOPPING 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 2 Tbsp. butter 1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
Preheat oven to 400 F
Beat together
Stir in butter
Fold in peaches.
Mix together with fingertips
Add nuts. Sprinkle over pie and bake for 40 -45 minutes.
