9" unbaked pie shell
3 eggs 6Tbsp. flour 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice |
2/3 cup sugar
2 cups rhubarb , diced 2 cups strawberries, sliced 2 tsp. orange peel, finely grated |
Preheat oven to 425 F.

Pour into unbaked pie shell. If you have extra pastry,add a lattice top. Bake for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 325 F and bake an additional 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped cream.
