8 thin slices of cooked ham
8 thin slices mozarella cheese 16 cooked crepes( see recipe in pancake section) 2 cups cooked chicken 1 -7 oz. can tomato sauce |
salt & pepper
10 tbsp. grated cheese 3 cups fine bread crumbs 3/4 cup melted butter or margerine |
Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on each crepe. Top with chicken and a little tomato sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold over right and left sides of crepe and roll up. Combine parmesan cheese with bread crumbs. Dip rolled crepes in butter, then in bread crumb mixture. Heat in shallow baking pan at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes.
