Chicken, Kaye's Chinese Poultry

6 chicken breasts
SAUCE
2 bottles junior baby peaches
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tbsp. soya sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
RICE DISH
1 cup rice
1/2 pkg. Lipton's soup
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1/4 cup peanut oil

Butter a casserole dish big enough to hold chicken breasts flat. put breasts in casserole. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over breasts. Bake 1 1/2 hours in a 350F oven.( If browning too much, cover loosely with a sheet of aluminum foil).

RICE DISH

To the liquid from the mushrooms add enough water to make 2 cups. Combine all ingredients and put in a casserole. Cover and bake in a 350F for 1 hour.
