Chicken Royale Poultry

4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
HERB STUFFING
2 cups dry bread cubes
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
dash of pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 cup hot water

1/2 cup butter or margerine,melted
chopped parsley
-------------
1 recipe Sour cream Mushroom Sauce

Split chicken breasts just enough to fold. Combine flour and seasonings in a paper bag;add chicken and shake. Fill cavity of each piece of chicken with herb stuffing.

HERB STUFFING: Combine all dry ingredients;add melted butter and hot water and toss gently. Hold stuffing in by skewering opening of chicken with toothpicks.

Dip chicken in melted butter; place in a baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter over top. Bake in a slow oven(325F)for 45 minutes;turn, and bake another 45 minutes, or until tender. Sprinkle with chopped parsley; serve with mushroom sauce .
