Chicken, Sesame Glazed Poultry

4 chicken legs(2lbs)
1/4 cup oyster sauce
4 tsp. liquid honey
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
pinch pepper
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 green onion,chopped

Remove skin from chicken and discard. If desired, usea sharp knifeto cut leg in half through joint between drumstick and thigh.

Arrange chicken on a greased baking sheet. Combine oyster sauce, honey, mustard, sesame oil and pepper; brush over chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a 375F oven for 45 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork. Remove to a plate;sprinkle with onion.

Makes 4 servings.
