Cornish Hens,Graser Poultry

MARINADE
8 cloves of garlic
8 tbsp. soya sauce
12 tbsp. Ketchup
6 tbsp. brown sugar
6 teaspoons Oriental sesame oil

8 small rock cornish hens
GARNISH
fresh parsley sprigs
red pepper slices(1 red pepper)

Rinse and pat dry the hens and place in a roasting pan.

MARINADE: Mince the garlic cloves in a small bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Completely coat the hens and marinate for at least a half hour. ( I did mine for 3 hours)

Set the oven to 375¼F. Roast the chicken 25 minutes breast side down and 30 minutes breast side up.

Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper strips.
