Cottage Cheese Mold | Salad & Dressings |
1 3oz. pkg. lime jello
1 3oz. pkg. lemon jello 3 med. carrots,grated 1 small onion,chopped |
1/4 cup green pepper,chopped
1 tub cottage cheese 1 cup mayonaisse lettuce |
Prepare vegetables. Combine cottage cheese and mayonaisse with hand mixer.
Mix the jellos with 1 cup boiling water. Cool.
Combine jello and cottage mixture. Add vegetables and mix well.
Pour into greased mold. Refrigerate until set.( about 4 hours)
At serving time, heat bottom of mold in hot water for a few seconds to loosen mold. Invert on a bed of lettuce on a serving platter.
