Green Bean & Walnut Salad Salad & Dressings

1 lb. fresh green beans or
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen whole green beans
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried dillweed or 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Blanch green beans in boiling water until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes for fresh beans,1 minute for frozen. Immediately cool under cold water; drain and dry. Combine yogert, oil, garlic, dill and salt. Stir in walnuts and serve. Makes about 6 servings.
