Italian Salad Salad & Dressings

lettuce, Romaine or Boston
SAUCE
4 to 5 anchovy filets
1 garlic clove,minced
a small piece of red pepper pod
2 tbsp. vinegar
salt
3 tbsp. olive oil
fresh ground pepper
2 hard boiled eggs

Pound the anchovies with the minced garlic clove and pepper pod. Add vinegar and combine to a fine paste. Dress salad with salt and oil and prepared paste. Grind some fresh black over. Garnish with hard boiled eggs.
