Noreen's Dressing Salad & Dressings

Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup crisco oil
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tbsp.+ sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Put all ingredients in a jar;cover and shake well to blend. Serve with any salad;either pour over and toss or serve in a separate bowl so people can help themselves.

NOTE: In these low-fat days, omit the Crisco oil, add 2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar. Add more sugar to taste, if necessary
