Spinach Salad with Creamy Garlic Dressing Salad & Dressings
1 bunch spinach, torn in bite-sized pieces
1 small red onion, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 orange, peeled and separated into segments
1/2 cup sprouts
CREAMY GARLIC DRESSING
2 cloves garlic,chopped 		3/4 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
sugar to taste, if desired

Arrange spinach in a salad bowl and top with onion, mushrooms, orange segments and sprouts.

Whisk together garlic, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, salt, pepper and dill. use half of the dressing on the salad and reserve remainder for another salad.
