Greek; Skorthalea Sauces & Gravies

10 slices white bread
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
garlic cloves from one whole garlic, pressed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. water

Mix the first 4 ingredients and let sit for several hours ( at least 1). Put all of above plus lemon juice and water in a mixer and whip. Makes a good garlic sauce.
