3 lbs. uncooked fresh shrimp
1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp. salt |
dash pepper
3 to 4 cloves garlic,minced 1/2 cup chopped,fresh parsley |
Peel shrimp and clean. Heat fry pan and add butter and olive oil. When fat is bubbly,toss in the shrimp and cook quickly for about 5 minutes,giving them an occasional stir, then season with salt and pepper. With a slotted spoon,lift shrimp onto a heated serving dish. Stir minced garlic and chopped parsley into hot fat and cook a minute longer. Pour this sauce over the shrimp and serve to 6.
