Shrimp Victoria Seafood

1 lb. uncooked fresh shrimp or
2 pkg.(10 oz. size) frozen shrimp
1 small onion
1/4 cup butter or margerine
3 or 4 mushrooms
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 1/2 cups sour cream

Remove shrimp shells, if necessary. Chop onion fine and cook onion and shrimp together in melted butter or marg. for about 5 minutes, or until shrimp are almost tender. Chop mushrooms coarsely, toss in with shrimp and cook 10 minutes longer,stirring constantly. Sprinkle in flour,salt,

pepper and mix well. Add sour cream and cook over very low heat for another 10 minutes. Serves 4 .
