Clam Chowder,Easy Soups

2-14oz. cans Snow's clam chowder
2 small cans baby clams
28 oz. whole milk
6 crackers,crushed OR 1/4 cup instant mashed potato
2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. chopped dill weed
salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. butter or margerine

Drain baby clams and rinse. Combine the rest of the ingredients and stir. Cook on a gentle simmer until butter is dissolved and chowder is heated through, stirring often. Serve with home-made brown bread or Irish Soda bread. Serves 8.
